How to Claim Your PCSO Prize

If you’re lucky enough to win, here’s what you need to know. Sign the back of your ticket immediately and keep it safe, unsigned tickets are harder to claim. You’ll need two valid government-issued photo IDs when you present your ticket.

• Up to ₱10,000, Claim at any authorised PCSO lotto outlet
• ₱10,001 to ₱300,000, Claim at your nearest PCSO branch office
• ₱300,001 and above (including jackpots), Claim at the PCSO Main Office, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City

Prizes above ₱10,000 are subject to 20% withholding tax under the TRAIN Law. All winning tickets must be claimed within one year of the draw date, unclaimed prizes are forfeited. And a word of caution: PCSO will never contact winners by text, phone call, or social media. If someone reaches out claiming you’ve won, it’s a scam.
