How to Claim Your PCSO Prize

If you’re lucky enough to win, here’s what you need to know. Sign the back of your ticket immediately and keep it safe — unsigned tickets are harder to claim. You’ll need two valid government-issued photo IDs when you present your ticket.

• Up to ₱10,000 — Claim at any authorised PCSO lotto outlet
• ₱10,001 to ₱300,000 — Claim at your nearest PCSO branch office
• ₱300,001 and above (including jackpots) — Claim at the PCSO Main Office, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City

Prizes above ₱10,000 are subject to 20% withholding tax under the TRAIN Law. All winning tickets must be claimed within one year of the draw date — unclaimed prizes are forfeited. And a word of caution: PCSO will never contact winners by text, phone call, or social media. If someone reaches out claiming you’ve won, it’s a scam.
